For this artwork, I was given 4 words to compose and express. After sketching out ideas and choosing the best ones, there was a set of 10 typefaces (Adobe Caslon Pro, Bembo, Bodoni, Futura, Gill Sans, Garamond, New Baskerville, Janson, Serifa, and Univers) provided for the digitalization. Through experimenting and refining, I matched each word with the right typeface to capture its meaning visually, shaping the typefaces into a cohesive artwork that expressed the essence of the words, both in still and in motion. This process highlighted the fusion of creativity and digital tools in my design.
