mainly in charge of facilities setup (setup dining area, move cooler box near on set and refill/top-up the drinks, prepare snack box for director and agency table).
stay on the set paying attention to every detail happen on set (do it whenever free, as lack of PA for this project).
assist the crews if necessary.

buy production stuff to top-up the production box.
Printing essential documents (callsheets, storyboard, wardrobe deck, etc.).

mainly in charge of catering coordination and logistics arrangement.
assist the facility department to set up some stuff.
assist each other with other PAs.
